Forks & Fingers provide a fusion of freshly prepared West African and West Indian meals, home cooked to order and delivered fresh chilled, in tip top condition to your door where ever you are in mainland UK.

The Forks & Fingers website offers customers the functionality to order from the online catalogue/menu or build their preferred combinations/menu.

Generiss Media designed and built the secure Forks & Fingers eCommerce platform incorporating functionality based on the needs and requirements of the company and the users. Furthermore, we engaged effectively with staff to drive through change with a high level of emphasis in order to push the business forward. We employed the use of various methodologies including data flows, process mapping and re-engineering.
